Night of Newtown Memories

September 30, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

The first-ever “Night of Newtown Memories” will be held on September 30, 2022 at the Newtown Theatre. Hosted by Newtown Borough resident Marty Moss-Coane, host and executive producer of WHYY-FM’s “Radio Times,” this event will start at 7 PM with a community cocktail hour (cash bar) and socializing.

The program begins at 8 PM and will follow a lively talk-show format with Moss-Coane moderating a group of special local guests who will share their Newtown memories on a variety of topics, including business, entertainment, education, and social life.

This special evening is presented by the Newtown Theatre and the Newtown Historic Association. The night will serve as a kick off to the Historic Association’s annual Market Day, which is being held the next day – Saturday, October 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tickets are $20 for the public and $15 for members of the Theatre and the Historic Association. Proceeds will benefit both non-profit organizations. Details and tickets are available on the Newtown Theatre website at: www.thenewtowntheatre.com/events/2022/10/30/newtown-memories
