What Is Your Treasure Worth Today??
Antique Appraisal & Collectibles Fair

The Newtown Historic Association in partnership with Johnson Kendall & Johnson Inc. Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management Firm are hosting an Antique Appraisal & Collectibles Fair on Saturday, October 15th from 1 – 4 pm at the Half Moon Inn (Court Inn) at 105 Court Street, Newtown.

Is that painting in your closet a masterpiece?? Are you keeping pennies in an old vase that might be worth a small fortune?? Bring a favorite item or two for appraisal by the experts from Stephenson’s Auction and find out what your treasure is worth. You must be able to carry your item in yourself.

The appraisals will be conducted by Stephenson’s Auction of Southampton. Cindy Stephenson, Tom Wakeley and Paula Fox are all accredited members of the International Society of Appraisers. Ms. Stephenson and Mr. Wakeley are specialists in antique, residential contents, Coins and Silver, and Ms. Fox has her specialty in Gems and Jewelry as well as Antiques, and is accredited by the Gemological Institute of America. Ms. Stephenson also has nearly 30 years experience as a Pa. Licensed Auctioneer at Stephenson’s Auction.

There is an initial $5 admission, and if you want something appraised – appraisal fees are $7 per item or 3 items for $20. Appraisals are held from 1 – 4 pm Saturday October 15th. For more information please call 215-968-3914. All proceeds benefit the Newtown Historic Association.

Please note that you will need to be able to carry your item into the building.
